One spreadsheet.
Hundreds of named PDFs.
Payslips, grade reports, certificates, notices. Paste your CSV and get one print-ready PDF per person — named, formatted and zipped. Your data never leaves the browser.
Try it with your own data
This is the real tool, not a demo video. Everything below runs in this tab. Load the sample, edit it, then export.
Paste CSV / TSV, or upload a .csv file. First row is the header.
Choose which columns appear on each document.
Pixel-perfect render of the exact PDF you will download.
Supports Chinese and any system font.
Privacy check: open DevTools → Network, clear it, then click Generate. You will see zero requests containing your data. Disconnect from the network afterwards and the tool still works.
Three steps, no setup
Bring the spreadsheet
Export from Excel, Sheets or your HR system as CSV. Headers become document fields automatically — no mapping spreadsheet required.
Choose a layout
Payslip, grade report, certificate or letter. Set your organization, title and accent, then check the live preview.
One named PDF per row
Each file is named from the person's own name and packed into a single ZIP. Drop the folder into your email tool and you're done.
Pay when you actually use it
No account, no trial that silently converts, no per-seat fee. Most teams run one batch a month — a subscription would be a bad deal for them.

Questions worth answering
Does my data really stay on my device?
Yes. There is no backend endpoint to receive it — the site is a single static HTML file. The CSV is parsed in JavaScript, the PDF is drawn on a canvas, and the ZIP is assembled in memory. Open DevTools → Network and verify: zero upload requests. You can also disconnect after the page loads.
Why are the PDFs image-based?
Each page is rendered as a high-resolution canvas image embedded in the PDF. That guarantees identical output across devices and supports Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and any system font without shipping a 10 MB font file. Trade-off: text is not selectable. Selectable/vector output is on the Team roadmap.
Is this compliant for real payroll?
RowToPDF formats documents — it does not calculate tax, statutory deductions or give legal advice. Feed it figures you have already validated. For jurisdiction-specific rules, use the custom pipeline service instead, where rules are scoped and signed off with you.
What if I have more than 20 rows?
This prototype still exports the full batch so you can test it properly; the credit gate activates when payments are connected. Nothing is stored server-side, so the monthly counter lives in your own browser's localStorage.
Can I use Excel files directly?
CSV/TSV works today with zero dependencies. Native .xlsx parsing is planned for the next release — save as CSV from Excel in the meantime.
Who is this for?
HR admins sending monthly payslips, schools issuing grade reports, training providers issuing certificates, finance teams sending statements, and bookkeepers who do the same batch for several clients every month.
